My Little Story-
I was raised in a small farming town in the midwest, where my sisters and I would camp out in our backyard to watch the sky brimming with stars. We always hoped that we would catch a glimpse of starships skimming starry constellations above our sleeping bags.
I had many profound experiences, and would later start a personal Yoga practice in my living room from a book, after school at age 17. At 19, I went to school at U. of A. Tucson, became part of a Yoga Teacher Training organization and began teaching daily
Kundalini Yoga classes at age 19.
Decades later, I moved to the majestic mountains of Colorado and founded www.LaughingGoddess.International, a light-portal for classes, my books, my little Songs of Nature and Spirit, healing and workshops that support you moving
into the mastery of your light and life.
One day, as I sat quietly in reverie, I felt a presence in my energy field. I asked, "Who is there?" The reply came, "We are The Angels from the Heart of God,
and we'd like to work with you." I answered, "Okay. I would like to do that".
Which brings us to this moment.

What is my ultimate goal in life?
That's easy! Freedom.
Freedom of Body-
I don't want to be hindered with
partial ability to move my body.
I want to be able to stretch to the sun's light every morning,
to dance and move my arms and hips when a song moves me.
I want to climb a hillside covered in pink and yellow wildflowers,
and not be limited to watching such beauty on tv or YouTube.
Freedom of Mind and Spirit-
I want to swim with the dolphins, to further open
to communicating with dolphins (see my first book,
White Buffalo and the Rainbow Warrior, available at my LaughingGoddess.International site!)
to always be learning something new in every field
in which I am passionate!
I want to ALWAYS be expanding my sense of Who I Am
And what I am capable of.
Freedom to love and to receive love are super important!
Freedom to create many venues of fun, laughter,
and ease of my own life, and of service to humanity.

The Angels and I are now offering individual and group sessions of powerful healing sessions that we are calling,
"Angelic Light Healing-
Return to Wholeness"
This is how these powerful sessions work:
Online Zoom sessions-
1. You lie down on a coach, bed or somewhere cozy and comfortable where you can clearly hear my words through Zoom or phone. You can record this session on your phone, if you want to. If you would like this session recorded, you will take responsibility for doing that.
2. Have a light blanket to keep warm. You can remove this at any time that you choose to if you begin to heat up from the energy building. In Yoga teachings, it's important to keep the spine warm.
I will play very soft music that will help to set and to uplift and to maintain the energy field for all each of us involved... you, me, any spirit-beings from the Heart of God, the Heart of Love.
I will quietly speak words of healing which are tailored specifically to each group or individual. These will change with each group or individual.
3. Simply open, relax and "be". Don't obsess over whether you're doing it "right". Breathe long, slow, natural breaths. You don't have to affirm, pray or visualize. Simply open and "be". Receive.
4. The Angels and I create an energy matix that allows you to become aware of the ever-enfolding Presence of the Divine that has always held you and always will.
What needs to be done will be done. Don't attempt to control or guide this Divine Presence, as it is vastly more aware of what you need than you or I are. Simply "be". Receive.
You may become very aware of the beautiful Divine Presence. You may not be aware of the Divine Presence. It is all perfect.
5. There will be a point and perfect time in this session when the Angels from the Heart of God will focus specific Light-rays for you, and through you for specific purposes. This will be directed by the Divine Presence and will be exactly what you need in this moment. Just "be". Receive.
6. When the session has completed, I will gently guide you back to earthly "reality". You will then share with me what has occurred. You will write these things down as the memories are likely to fade quickly as you move your awareness back into this dimension.
**This entire process will take around 60 minutes from Start to Finish.
The Integration Process- for an approx. period of from 3- 8 hours after this session it may be wise to relax, spend some time in Nature and to allow yourself to feel inner peace. Move a little more slowly.
Simply ease back into daily life as peacefully as you can. Nurture yourself a little, take a lovely warm bath. Be kind to you.

Local Group Events are called, "Angelic Healing Temples" where a local event is held within a unity consciousness facility- store or center.
Attendees are asked to bring:

A yoga mat to lie on while the music is started and the event begins.

A light blanket to keep warm on the floor.

An inexpensive notebook to record your session visions and dreams.

An open mind and loving heart for all living things.

always been within and
around you.

to awaken you to the Light of your I AM Presence,
the Presence of the Divine.
When you experience this Presence,
You experience perfect love,
maybe for the first time in your life.
Your life changes in that moment.
You KNOW that you are a part of it, of God, or the Divine.
